This Privacy Policy explains how WillSoar collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our services.

1. Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), registrant/WHOIS contact details you provide for domains, billing information processed by our payment processor, and technical data such as IP address and usage logs.

2. How we use it

To create and manage your account, register and manage your domains and services with the upstream provider, process payments, issue GST invoices, provide support, and meet legal/registry obligations (including ICANN WHOIS requirements for domains).

3. Sharing

We share the minimum necessary data with our upstream registrar/provider (ResellerClub / LogicBoxes), domain registries, our payment processor (Razorpay), and authorities where legally required. We do not sell your data.

4. Payment data

Card and payment credentials are handled directly by Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

5. Data retention & your rights

We retain records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and registry compliance. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data (subject to legal retention) by contacting us.
