Domains

Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable once submitted to the registry, as registry fees are charged immediately and cannot be reversed. Please double-check spelling before purchase.

Web hosting

Hosting plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. Requests made within 7 days of activation are eligible for a full refund of the hosting fee (excluding any domain or add-on fees).

Business email

Email plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 7 days of purchase if no mailboxes have been actively used.

SSL certificates

SSL certificates may be refunded within 7 days provided the certificate has not been issued. Once issued, they are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
